INFUSE is an independent digital studio based in Geneva, running since 2018. It started with bespoke websites for Swiss SMEs and entrepreneurs, from design to code, never outsourced.

Then clients started asking for more than a website. A CRM that routes enquiries on its own, follow-ups that go out without anyone thinking about them, a portal where their own customers track their file, an app for the teams in the field, a clean bridge to their ERP. Today I build these systems with the same standards as the websites.

AI sits at the heart of the method: agents that read, sort, follow up and draft, always under human approval. At a technical SME in French-speaking Switzerland, this system saves 67 hours of work a month. One point of contact, from the first pixel to the last agent.
